What the best winter hair style i should have?

I am stuck on styles with my hair. In the summer i have it lose so it can be sunkissed. But it is winter it has gone spilt ended and nasty. What shall i do?

I have long dark hair and I dye it. I understand the dry thing and the letting it loose in the summer to lighten thing.

I would recommend using leave in conditioner and rolling the ends of your hair into some style.

ie: French twist with pieces hanging out... bun...
