A mixture made by myself, not something from the market. With ingredients that can be found and are not extremely expensive.I've coloured my hair many times and it's has lost his natural qualities. It's not that bad, but still I could use something to "repair" it.

Mayonaise. That's all. Use enough so that all your hair is coated really well, wrap it up in plastic wrap or a shower cap.

You can just leave it on, as long as you can, or you can sit in the sun or warm it up with a hairdryer, to make it penetrate faster, but sitting around with it for a while will work just as well.

Wash it out with some really gentle shampoo, like Johnson's Baby Shampoo.

Let it dry by itself as often as you can without blowdrying, that will help too!

i know its gross but it works... Mayonnaise! I grew up in a wiccan home and everything was herbal so we did EVERYTHING 100% Natural lol... it works i have GREAT hair and i help all my friends as well... another trick is rose water (but make ur own) get about 6 cups of rose petals (about a dozen roses) boil 4 cups of water with 1 tbs or sea salt (rock sea salt) and 2 tbs of olive oil. olive oil is great to cook with so u cant be upset about buying that. add the rose petals and boil for about 45 mins strain the water into a bottle (a clean bottle u can buy one a walmart for like a buck) u can use the left over petals in ur bath water or make a facial outta them... spray the rose water in ur hair every morning or after ur shower. (if i were u tho i would do the mayo trick once a week and leave it in for about 30 mins then wash ur hair and do the rose water 1 time a day. )

Try yoghurt. Just massage your scalp in circular motions with cold yoghurt, let you hair down to let it spread evenly all over and keep it on for around half an hour. You can rinse it and wash your hair with the shampoo you normally use. It adds shine and bounce to my hair.

I don't know of any natural treatments but I know that Loreal Elvive, Pantene Pro-V and Tresseme are supposed to give your hair a boost.

The best thing you can do is stop coloring your hair so much. It sounds like you are stripping it of color-to go blonde probably. Go to a salon and have them put some darker tones in it a they can treat it for brittleness.
