Well im only 16 and the past month i have noticed that my hair seems sick. But than it starting thining and falling out. I have tried hair thickining shampoos and conditioners. I started drinking water like a fish, and eating healthier foods. I was woundering what i should do. Is there any secrets to stop losing my hair =\. If u have any advice please help me.

you might just have too thick hair. it chokes out strands and they die and fall out..
try head and shoulders or..whatever that commercial was for.
and thickening shampoos will make it worse if that is the case..

Your hair may be decieving you. Is it falling out with the root intact? If not what you probably have is BREAKAGE from severely dry hair. Youll need to use a deeply hydrationg conditioner, and start combing your hair very gently.
If its falling out at the root you must see a doctor ASAP. It could be stress, but at your age that should not be happening. It could be a serious medical condition. Only your doctor can know for sure.

This happens to me too. I think it's just that your hair is really dry. For me, using the one conditioner by Herbal Essences helped a lot, it's for dry/damaged hair, blackberry-scented. =]

Relax, because if you're very pressured from many things, your hair will surely fall out. Also drink iron vitamins because anemia is also the reason. And don't use much shampoos and condtioners, stop using those many times for a while, use those for at most twice or thrice a week. Don't pony tail your hair if it still wet. Make a habbit: Massage the scalp for 10 to 15 minutes after bathing it with water. This stimulates the blood circulation and strengthens the hair follicles in the scalp.
Massage into the scalp and hair coconut milk or Aloe Vera gel. Leave it for 闄?hour, then rinse with warm water. Repeat 3 times a week.
Massage into the scalp and hair honey with egg yolk. Leave for a 1/2 hour, then rinse.
Massage almond oil on scalp 2-3 times a day, daily. This will stop further hair loss.
Rinse hair with a mix of apple cider vinegar and sage tea to help hair grow

To remove copper deficiency, drink juice of carrot, lettuce, capcicum and fresh alfalfa. This is good remedy for gray hair and hair loss.
