Best Heat Protection For Your Hair ?

I recently bought a high-heat straightener and I am getting a high-heat curling iron for Christmas.

I do not want to dry my hair out and I dont want it to die and lose moisture very quickly.

Any reccommendations to a serum of some sorts to put in my hair or advice on conditioners..

Anything that I could use that would help protect my hair from the heat and keep it shiny is much appreciated.

i love vinyl glam, glass and heat glide from redken. I put the heatglide on all the hair first and spray vinyl glam before I run the flat iron through each section. If you have fine hair one or the other work

I also straighten my hair everyday with a really hot straightener. I use TRESemme heat tamer, it comes in a spray bottle and I just spray it in my hair before I blow dry or straighten it. You can buy it at wallmart for like, $10.00. I think it works good. I also use TRESemme moisture conditioner and shampoo, its a really good brand. Try it :)
