Depends where you go. If you're getting blue I suggest you go to a Sallys and pick it up there. They can be about $3-$4 possibly. But then you would also need some Peroxide cream to mix with the color, gloves, a bowl %26amp; brush or a bottle.
For all of that it should cost less than $20.
